To redeem your discount at a participating Icon or Quik Park garage, log in to our IconGo mobile app. Access your Icon Rewards Card from the menu and scan the digital card after the cashier rings up the ticket price. Posted Facility Rates, Event Rates, Night, Day and Early Bird Specials are included.
You must scan your Rewards Card before paying, cashiers cannot adjust the price after the transaction is completed. Please note that Rewards discounts cannot be combined with other discounted rates such as coupons.
At this time, we do not offer an option to purchase gift cards for parking.
If the debit or prepaid card has a credit card insignia of a credit card we accept, then we can accept that card as payment. Otherwise, we do not.
Yes! Once you register for an account on either our website or IconGO the same login credentials can be used across both platforms. In addition, all reservations purchased will automatically appear in your account on the IconGO app and vice versa. However, note that monthly parking account support is not currently provided on the app.
Unfortunately, no. You can change the email address on your account to a different one, but currently accounts with different email addresses cannot be merged.
